Pin-Up Licence

The brand operates online gambling under an international game licence issued to the relevant operating company by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or an authorised Master Licensee, as listed on the regulator’s public register. The register shows the issue date and the current validity term; the authorisation requires fair play controls, independent RNG testing, AML/CTF monitoring, and data protection aligned to PIPEDA principles and ISO/IEC 27001 practices to protect your play and data. For Canada, this is not a provincial licence, service is not offered in Ontario, and is Pin-Up legal in Canada depends on provincial law and your legal age.

Waiver of Brand Ownership

Pin-Up is not the owner of companies licensed by the cited regulator and does not manage those entities. Each operating company uses the brand under separate agreements and remains fully responsible for its own gaming service.

The brand holds no financial, managerial, or other controlling interest in those companies. It cannot influence their operational or management decisions and has no responsibility for any action, omission, or breach by them. Claims, disputes, or notices must be directed to the relevant company named on the licence and, if needed, to the regulator. Ownership and control are set out in the operating company’s corporate registry.

Licence Verification System

A digital licence and seal verification system lets you confirm Pin-Up’s current status, the legal base, and authenticity.

The seal links to the regulator’s status check tool, which displays the registered company, issue date, validity period, and original game licence details in real time. All texts, images, and verification materials are the property of the regulator and its authorised providers and are protected by copyright. Any commercial, scraping, or other reuse by third parties is prohibited unless permission is granted in writing. Improper use may lead to access suspension and legal penalties; for questions such as is Pin-Up legit in Canada, rely on the regulator’s register, not screenshots.

Trademarks

Trademarks, logos, and other commercial identifiers on Pin-Up’s site or apps are protected by the rights holder, which may be the licence holder or the regulator. Use is limited to what the law permits.

Protection covers registered and unregistered marks, domain names, layouts, colour schemes, icons, and other distinctive brand style elements. Unauthorised use or imitation is not allowed, and violations may lead to legal liability and claims for damages.
